Like most motels/hotels, we charge a refundable incidental deposit in case of damages. $50.00 will be charged, then refunded after housekeeping cleans your room and verifies nothing is damaged and that you didn’t smoke (there is $250.00 fee for smoking in the room, so please go outside to do so). By submitting this form and initialing below I hereby give authorization to The Ben Louie located at 3610 Tulane Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119 to charge my credit/debit card a $50.00 refundable deposit for any damages that may occur to motel/hotel property during my stay. I understand that I am liable to pay for any and all damages on my, or my guests behalf to The Ben Louie property. Should the damages exceed the deposit amount I agree that I will be charged to cover any additional costs to damaged property. I hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions and assume total responsibility for payment for the above mentioned disclosures at The Ben Louie located at 3610 Tulane Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119. I agree that the above-mentioned motel/hotel shall have no liability under this agreement for non-related charges to this credit/debit card.
